In the quieter part of the Etosha National Park lies the newer, well-maintained camp.. All camps are operated by the semi-national Namibia Wildlife Resorts.. Cleanliness, orderliness and care are often not the best.. It is the only one in the park where you can only camp.. Best to reach through the Galton Gate, distance 60 km.. In this part of the park it is a bit quieter, also a rhinoceros can be seen. The camp is located at a waterhole where the animals come to drink, even at night under headlights.. A double-storey cottage offers sheltered places for visitors.. The camp has 10 pitches for up to 8 people.. As well as a picnic area for day visitors.. There is a small info house and a kiosk for drinks, decent sanitary.. The camp is fenced.. Entrance to the park and registration at Galton Gate.
