In the Easter week of 2021, the space can be used despite Covid. But it is not actively managed. Since the electricity comes from the machine, this is still possible. The toilets in the National Park House can only be used if the park is free for sporting activities.

Very friendly staff in the NP house. The ´overnight stay tax´ has been increased slightly to € 1.10 per person per night.

Were there on May 21, 20. Accidentally got a place. If the WoMobilists would position themselves a little more sensibly, others who come a little later would also have space. Unfortunately, this does not work for some without lines. But, as is well known, that is nothing else with motorists. Despite everything a thank you to the operator.

The parking space is located directly in the Thayatal National Park on a road with hardly any traffic and is therefore very quiet. The smallest town in Austria Hardegg and Burg is approx. 1.5 km away and can be easily reached via a beautiful hiking trail. Cross-border hikes can also be undertaken over a bridge that can only be used by pedestrians and cyclists. Immediately next to the parking space is the National Park House with gastronomy, bike rental, wild cat enclosure and adventure playground. There is a bus stop right on the square. Electricity, fresh water and supply and disposal can be used all year round.
