The place is nicely laid out. @The plots are generous even for mobile homes over 8m @The access to the sea is through gates in the fence. @Then there is the access to the harbor with busy ship traffic. But it´s nice to observe and not disturbing. @Punat is within walking distance. @There are beautiful little bays all along the coast. @Sanitary is getting old, but mostly clean. @Whereby plumbing is only ever clean as the user leaves it.
