The price, well, is capital. Toilets and showers are clean and in first-class condition. Great tram connection into the city. Within walking distance are the Botanical Garden and Troja Castle, both of which are well worth seeing.

The price has now increased. I paid €40night all inclusive with 3 people. Only a tank of water (with a long hose to the parking space) costs extra. Since I didn´t receive an invoice, I can´t give an exact price for 2 people. Very good showers and toilets in the residential building and tables to linger in the reception. You can buy drinks and sometimes small dishes there. Good tram connection can be reached in approx. 8 minutes to Charles Bridge in approx. 20 minutes.
