Beautifully situated near the old salt pans and the Etang de Bages. The parking space is now on the premises of the sports field, the entrance / exit is regulated by an automatic barrier. The place fee must be paid at the machine with a bank card or credit card.
The official parking space is directly behind the barrier on an asphalted place, but most of the motorhomes are further back on a meadow, which is apparently tolerated.

When it rains, the rear claygrass pitch turns into a mud hole. If there are still spaces available, it is better to use the few paved parking spaces, which are located immediately to the left behind the barrier.

Very nice area, unfortunately there is a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Price is now 8 euros.

When we were there, the entire sports area, as well as the subsequent sports field, was besieged with caravans and cars of the traveling people. Even thick stones and the fence to the sports field had been removed. We then drove on.

You no longer have to drive through the narrow village streets.. There is a new street to the left of the village that bypasses the center.

A9, exit 38 or 39, then on the D6009 (the old N9) until the turning for Peyriac.. Coming from the north, use the left lane for trucks, otherwise it goes through a 3-meter underpass!. Left the sign ´Stade´ follow before the city, while it goes through narrow streets.. After about 700m you reach the parking lot.
