A very nice place right on the banks of the Lahn, very friendly and uncomplicated operators. The main road across the street can be a bit annoying during the day, but it´s within acceptable limits. It´s quiet at night. The train doesn´t bother me at all. Sanitary facilities are very clean and well maintained. The pitches are very spacious and z. T. with paved terraces. A recommended place to explore the Lahn cycle path.

The place itself is nice for the hearing impaired, really right on the river. But in sum with all the additional costs too expensive for what it offers. We felt warmly unwelcome to this supposedly “quiet†place directly on (or eye to eye with) the busy main road and with the train behind us. The management came across as pedantic and ´profit-oriented´, the equipment old and rather lower standard. For the ´residual waste fee´ of € 1, a single normal garbage can is provided for the whole place, the garbage collector makes sure that no one just throws their garbage bag in there without sorting. . . One should not start a discussion about it. By the way, always collect 10-cent pieces for warm dishwater! If you let the water run briefly before the (free!) Filling of the drinking bottles for the children,to rinse out germs formed in the pipe is approached “This is drinking water !. . . “- I hope so! No, not a recommendation.
