proximity to the city center, close to nature location on the Werre. Attractions: moated Ulenburg with adjacent park, Rürups mill, mill Kemena Museum, Museum of wages. Activities: indoor / outdoor pool, Else-Werre bike path, canoe to the water inlet for hiking, long walks around the Fichtensee, Kaiser Center with a Veilzahl of indoor activities and sauna.

The place is nicely laid out with marked out parking spaces and shady. However, despite the noise barrier, it is quite noisy as it is located directly on the busy thoroughfare. The driveway is easy to miss, it is right after turning off the (large) Albert-Schweitzer-Straße behind the mini golf course. The indoor and outdoor pools are located next door. When the outdoor pool is closed, you can stay overnight in the quiet parking lot at the end of the street.
