Parking spaces apparently only open when the fair is open.. A few individual seats were open.. Electricity apparently only available when the fair is / is also in the space description.. No employees were seen today.. The parking spaces are not particularly nice and there is also a larger street nearby.. You can apply for a place using the form on the homepage linked here
