The previously free parking space in the parking lot was converted into a privately operated parking space on lawn with sanitary building and supply / disposal and opened at Pentecost 2020. Users of the Kurkarte can use public transport free of charge and once a day for 1.5 hours the TABBS adventure pool.
For motorhomes over 8 m the higher price applies.

Nice pitch. The obligatory visitor´s tax enables, among other things, a daily two-hour visit to the swimming pool and an eventful trip on the Thuringian Forest Railway, an interurban tram that is operated with vintage trains (BJ 1962 - 1981). Beautiful excursions (e.g. to the Inselsberg, to the Marienglas Cave or on various circular hiking trails) are possible by bike or on foot from the parking space.

Since January 1st, 2020, the visitor´s tax has been EUR 3.50 per person. The TABBS spa and family pool can be used free of charge (1.5 hour tariff). Furthermore, admission to the adventure observation tower on the Großer Inselsberg is free of charge (very beautiful geo and nature park & ​​winter sports exhibition and a wonderful view of the Brocken in the Harz Mountains).
