We were there with a group of 7 motorhomes and trailers for our annual meeting. @ The place is in front of the dyke, in the flood area and is always shut down in autumn and rebuilt in spring. That´s why the sanitary facilities are all in containers - and clean! The staff is friendly. There is a bread service. At the small harbor - 3 min walk, a small market with snack bars is open daily during the season from 11 a.m. @ Directly behind the dike is a highly recommended fish restaurant.

We were there spontaneously on the first day after reopening with the required fresh Covid19 negative certificate. Everything safe. Occupancy approx. 30%. The place seems a bit improvised. It has to be like this. The site is located in the flood area in front of the dike and will be closed in autumn and restored in spring. Always worth a short break for us.

The place has been under new management since at least this year. There is no longer a division into north and south square (as in the description of the origin). Only the south square still exists. Very nice operators and always with a treat in the bag for the dogs.
