In the middle of the city and still quiet. You can hardly hear any traffic from the nearby main road during the day, but at night. Unfortunately, the indoor swimming pool is closed to the public in the summer months, but club swimming was every day (WE from 8:00 a.m.). The city´s free WLAN is available near the hall.

Quiet place at night. At around 7:30 in the morning, a gathering of students before class. @ Business center easily accessible on foot. September 2021, the column with water and electricity was defective. Black and gray water went.
