    In 1914, a tower was supposed to be erected here in honor of Prince Regent Luitpold. The current 25 m high tower was only completed in 1924. It stands on the 633 m high Fischerberg.

    The town flourished in the 16th century under the Lobkowicz family. Today´s landmark, the castle, still stands today.
    Schloss and baroque garden were renovated by the city of Neustadt.
