The campsite is surrounded by a mountain panorama.. The highlight is the queen of Icelandic mountains Herdubreiö.. Very idyllic location, with houses and huts in Torfhausstil, a church and probably the most rustic gas station Islands.. In the afternoon and very quiet at night.. In the morning, get tourist buses.. be used the toilets, a glance into the cafe, a few photos and off they go again.

The course is from 1 (ring road) from the north and east on the nine hundred and first. The approach from the north is shorter with 8 km away.. Since this is a pretty bad gravel road, you should take this.
