We found the place to be very borderline. You stand mostly under citrus trees. When the fruit is ripe and falling, I don´t want to stand there. Maneuvering with larger vehicles is a challenge in this narrow space. @The sanitary facilities are completely outdated. @The disposal point for the chemical toilet was apparently clogged, so that the droppings had settled several centimeters high on the edge!!! @The other campsites on site are also in close proximity to the old town. We didn´t get to know them, but they shouldn´t be any worse. @We absolutely cannot recommend this place!

In my opinion, the best of the camping/parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance. Trees could affect satellite reception.

Very nice place under trees Sanitary rooms are showing their age and are neglected although there are very few guests. 3min to the excavations.

Very little going on at our time. Sanitary facilities in order. Location ideal for Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Naples. Pretty loud. Carrefour nearby, but due to the one-way traffic regulations, it´s best to walk to.
