After spending 2 pleasant nights here last summer we gave it another try and moved on. The area below the cheese dairy was one large construction site in May, which eliminated many parking spaces and there were large prohibition signs in front of the cheese dairy. If you arrive late in the evening you may risk it. We do not know whether the ban will be enforced.

Were 2 nights on the square in front of the cheese dairy. Beautiful view of Airolo and the valley. Quiet at night despite being near the freeway.

In the summer of 2021, the site will serve as a gravel store, which is accordingly gravel, uneven and muddy when it rains. Bulldozer noise from 7am. We got there after midnight. Besides us there were a few trucks and campers. Space is sometimes quite crooked from the ground. You stood there quietly and were woken up in the morning by cowbells.
