From the Pacific Highway (A1) take the Kempsey / Frederickton exit, then travel east on Macleay Valley Way for approximately 3 miles. Then turn right on Smithtown Road approximately 4km to the end of the street. Turn left on SW-Rocks Road and after 3 miles turn right on Hat Head Road. Follow Hat Head Road 10.5km and then at The Gap sign, turn right onto Gap Road for 2km. After about 800m there is an unpaved road on the right-hand side called Hungry Road.
