Parking lot is located directly at the turning point. Next to the parking lot is a small house with toilets and wash basins. From the square, steps lead directly down to Lake Traunsee. Ideal starting point for hiking and climbing enthusiasts. updat since there was an unclear message in June 2020 that the police would punish, the space from the parking lot will also be set aside for overnight parking. This is not a motorhome parking space, but a pure parking lot for hikers, only narrow / crooked car parking spaces nothing else! The police check and punish there daily! I paid 500 €, because overnight stays and camping is forbidden! The driveway is a horror, 6km narrow streets with parked lanes, cyclists, hikers, etc. No barbecues allowed, dogs on a leash is compulsory! ********* ** Note test mod. . sorry but maybe you should read the description of the place BEFORE driving. . First of all, it is NOT described as a parking space, but as a parking lot AND identified by a sign, the description also says HIKING. it goes without saying that you are not allowed to camp or barbecue in a normal parking lot?! In addition, you should read the comments of the other campers who have already been there,that is why the colleagues make the effort to share their experiences. what punishes the police daily ????
