Really nice campground.. Very many places directly on the Danube, for which a surcharge is taken, as well for an overnight stay.. Great view of Dürnstein.

The space was completely redesigned. Lawns are not yet allowed to be driven on or walked on. Number of places now 52. Almost all places 7, 90m long, 4m gravel, 4m meadow in width.

Basically nice place. @ Currently, however, a flood protection is being built right next to the square. This means that there are only temporary sanitary facilities. @But that doesn´t bother us, the main thing is that you are right on the Danube.

Great place for a stay of several days. Great location for tours in the Wachau. The possibility of crossing over to Dürnstein with the ´nut shell´ and then taking the little ´little train´ to Krems is very cheap. There are also several good wine taverns near the square.

So now it was fully booked. We were 150m further (Danube view after 30 m) for 12 euros in total with electricity dog. MEINWOMO ID 922118.. . All in all, the camping site would have cost over 30 euros for one night. We preferred to leave the difference in the surrounding, very cheap wine taverns.

Great location with a view over the Danube. Little shade. Absolutely fascinating atmosphere when visitors leave the nearby swimming area in the evening. At the beginning of dusk, the lights on the opposite side of the Danube are switched on one after the other. A highlight of the trip.

Beautiful location with a wonderful view of Dürnstein. Tavern very recommendable. Nice little beer garden. Top sanitary. Camping management staff always friendly. Cross over the Danube with Zille directly from the campsite and stroll through the picturesque Dürnstein. From the ruins of Dürnstein great view over the Danube valley. Nice tours along the Danube by bike and a stop at the many wine taverns or wineries
