The parking lot is in the middle of Svihov and is suitable (at least out of season) to stay overnight.. The machine (coins ready) surprised us, however, that the 24 hours at midnight were over and actually a new payment would have been due.. Additional payment in the morning has solved the problem.. The moated castle is only a 5-minute walk from here. A short walk around the castle is well worth the effort.
