  PN (2234652) Parking at a boat bay with observation tower near Soe.. The bay is less suitable for bathing due to its bank structure - muddy and reeds.. Above all, it probably serves for slipping boats in the Vörtsjärv.. But there is a picnic area available.. It starts a hiking trail and it is quiet at night, since no village is far and wide.
