ATTENTION it is unclear whether this space can still be used. . . according to streetview it seems to be there, but a user did not find it. So please arrive with Plan B in your luggage Gravelled parking lot on the Loire bank with a view over the Loire to the castle and old town. Distance to the old town approx. 1.1 km. Place well suited for overnight stays.

So this parking lot is signposted somewhat confusing.. There is a ´P´ sign on the street, about 200m in front of the square and at the entrance.. If you then turn right, there is a prohibition sign for all vehicles.. I interpret this as meaning that this space cannot be used as a parking space.. Directly opposite the entrance on the other side of the street, out of the city, there is a larger open space, which is not however signposted separately.. I could imagine that parking is also going on here.. When we were there nobody was here.
