Nice place with large parcels and good, clean sanitary facilities. But there are many permanent campers here who are very different from motorhome owners: endless palaver in the evening until well after 10 p.m. We´ll have enough of campsites again for the time being. . . . @ Otherwise in the area but very good network of bike paths, fantastic empty beaches and nice restaurants.

The place is very nicely located, right by the sea. The pretty town of Ars-en-Re can be reached quickly on foot or by bike - there are some good restaurants with local cuisine. However, this campsite is less suitable for very long motorhomes. Our mobile home (6m) just barely fit through the narrow tree-lined paths and corners on the square.
