Possibility to stay by the sea, near the Memorial de la Liberté Retrouvée museum. The place is a humpbacked meadow, but balancing works to some extent and the proximity to the beautiful beach and the nocturnal peace make up for everything.
Next to the parking lot is a nice little bistrocafe.

Very nice parking lot directly on the beach separated only by a wall. Perfect for a quiet night. The bistro at the museum is also pleasant and there are delicious toasts. Be sure to bring wedges!

Parking directly on the beach.. Unfortunately with an eye-high old concrete wall, so that the direct view is blocked.. But it´s only a few steps and you have endless beaches.. Any camping behavior is strictly prohibited.. You can stand for a maximum of 24 hours, which will certainly be checked in the high season.. At the end of August nobody seemed to mind that we stood there for 2 days.. The small bistro has restoration until 3pm during the week and until 8pm at the weekend.. There are drinks longer
