You can´t really call this a parking space. Since the renovations, there are very few parking spaces for cars. There have also been reports of several break-ins into vehicles. @I can only advise against this place.

The square is in direct proximity to the river, but unfortunately you only look at ugly commercial buildings. In addition, there is a noisy main road directly above. So not a nice place to stay. However, the city center is easily accessible via the bridge.

The square was rebuilt in July 2021 and was cordoned off with construction fences. You can´t see anything of the river, you look at ugly commercial buildings, and there is a main road directly above. The only advantage is the proximity to the city center, just over the bridge.

Here the signet is wrong. No supply or disposal. This is more like a parking lot to stay overnight. And very loud. You are right on a thoroughfare. Certainly suitable for a day visit - the way to the cathedral and city center is only 1 km. ********************** Note test mod. . . that is not right. It is certainly a parking space, as it is declared as such by the city of Rouen itself on the linked homepage. Whether a place has supply, disposal or not is irrelevant. It is important that it is officially permitted for campers and that you do not run the risk of being scared away by the authorities at night

Warning! The place is difficult to get to or find. If you are coming from the west on the D18e, you would have to drive across all the lines at the junction and go half-left down the ramp, which is illegal. That would be the easiest way, but it doesn´t make sense. So we had to keep going and could only turn around after about 2 km. If you are coming from the southeast on the D18e, you have to get into the right-hand lane (as if you wanted to cross the Pont Pierre Corneille) and drive down the ramp at a very sharp angle before the bridge. We had to back up a bit with our 7.7 m motorhome, as you can´t go around in one go.
