Quiet and well-kept place. Ideally located for visiting Chateau de Villandry. @The access system is easy to use. The user interface of the machine can be changed to German. If you don´t have a CCP access card yet, you have to register once at the machine and authenticate with your mobile phone number. The card fee of currently 5 will be debited together with the first night´s fee. If you already have the card, you just have to hold it up to the barrier reader and you can drive in, even if there is not enough credit on the card for your stay. The card can then be topped up before leaving the site. If you install the CampingCarPark app, you can easily read your entry time and the time until a new day is calculated.

Some of the parking spaces were ingrown with hedges, so that you had to park over two spaces. There is no receipt at the machine, also regarding the time limit. Only two out of four connections were functional on the electricity column at our place. Overall, I think the price of over 14 for the parking space is too high.

Large space with plenty of space for the grown-ups.. The free supply and disposal on the right side is exemplary and easy to get to.. There are plenty of power columns for free electricity.. The access procedure is a bit complicated but also explained in German.. The course costs € 12 in high season (April 1st - October 31st).. In the low season € 10.. In addition, there is a € 1.66 visitor´s tax - too outrageous for French standards.. You can only get through the barrier with the ´Camping Car Parks´ card.. You have to buy them if you don´t have them yet (€ 4) or fill them up if you don´t have enough.. Then hold the Camping Car Parks card to the reader at the barrier and it goes in.. With all these places I didn´t have to stand close to the barrier to open it.. But it happened to colleagues that they weren´t close enough to the barrier.. The only disadvantage of the card is that you don´t get a printout and therefore u.. U. Forgets how it happens to us old people again and again, when you came in and when the 24 hours are up.. The place is very nicely laid out but a bit sloppy.. It is 650m to the chateau.. We also saw mobiles standing along the wall behind the entrance.
