Motorhome place in Bad Berka Thüringen Germany

  The parking space is right next to the old town next to parking lot P2.
It is also suitable for large mobile homes, as there is additional parking space available in addition to the 3 official parking spaces. Only the driveway is a bit narrow but doable. The additional parking space is also used with pleasure, since satellite TV reception is actually only possible there.
There are 3 electricity connections (16 A) that can be found right next to the official pitches (EUR 1 for 3 hours). At 16 amps, you can also share the power with others.
For correct waste water disposal you need a waste water hose that is at least 2 m long, since you cannot drive directly over a gully with the mobile home and also not directly next to the VE column.
In the village there are several restaurants/beer gardens, bakeries and supermarkets and whatever else you need. The LIDL supermarket is just outside on the B85 south-east, but there is a REWE supermarket in the town itself next to the main train station. Both are easily accessible by motorhome.
The area around Bad Berka is ideal for walks and hikes. A climb to the Paulinenturm on the Adelsberg (416 m) is recommended, with a great view from the top platform.
From Bad Berka you can also easily visit Weimar by bus (2.10 EUR one way per person). This is especially interesting when the WoMo parking space in Weimar is closed (in our case because of the Pentecost fair).
