It is not clear whether only motorhomes from the ’LANDVERGNÜGEN’ association are allowed to stay overnight {mod}no, if you ask nicely at the gate you will certainly not be turned away. Purchasing or eating in the tavern should of course be obligatory.

Unfortunately, the meadow is partly unpaved, you can see clear traces of predecessors but also grass pavers that are more car-sized. @WC is freely accessible in the restaurant or at the library. @Baker and butcher items are made on site and prepared in-house. Very disgraceful.

It´s hard to believe that something like this still exists in our day: We WOMO drivers are warmly welcomed here. In the parking lot of the monastery you have the choice either to stand under shady maple trees or on the newly created southern part without trees, in each case on solid lawns and that too free of charge. In the BIO monastery shop you can get everything you need for life and in the monastery restaurant with beer garden you can make yourself comfortable. The toilets are open day and night for WOMO tourists. The imposing monastery complex and especially the Romanesque monastery church are impressive, a large number of hiking trails lead past here or have their origin here. We spent nice hours and two quiet nights here and will definitely come back.
