A parking space on the banks of the Rhine in a parking lot. Caravans not allowed. No lighting and no waste separation (only small residual waste bin), you are sent to a recycling center. Corner of Hafenstrasse/Wiedengrün (approx. 300 m out of town)? Opening times: Mon. Fri. 4 p.m. - 7 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Fees apply for parking hours between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Motorhome guests who have a valid official German or European disabled parking permit are entitled to use the municipal mobile home parking space for 24 hours free of charge.

Until recently, the place cost €6.00 per night, €10.00 for two nights and €13.00 for three nights. From now on, the city will charge €14.00 per night for two nights and €22.00 for 3 nights €29.00. This price increase is an outrage on the part of the city´s authorities, as there are no improvements to the site that justify the price increase. On the contrary, it takes 20 minutes to take in 80 liters of fresh water, as the water runs very slowly, and it is said that this is intended to save water. We won´t be going back to this place anytime soon.

Every three minutes, the tap opens for a few seconds. @The place can be reached on foot in a few minutes. @There are some good restaurants in town.

Conveniently located and quiet place at night. One can easily walk into the city and even walk along the Rhine to France. No problem with the bike anyway. Since this pitch is very popular, it is often full in the early evening. We would come again.

Absolutely OK for an overnight stay. However, there is a lack of supply and disposal a second tap for flushing the cassette. The city should remedy this deficiency in order to ensure the hygiene of the fresh water supply.

Water was turned off (frost?) @ An overnight stay in parking lots in front of the parking area was prevented by the police as ´undesirable by the city´. We were referred / recommended to the parking lot at Event Hall 1, 5km down the Rhine. We did too.
