The industrial area is basically very quiet and suitable for at night. The space behind the metal fence is probably meant as a parking space. The fence separates the whole thing. It doesn´t look to me as if this was intended by beekeeping for strangers. Unfortunately this was closed, otherwise I would have asked. However, there is an Aldi car park directly adjacent, which looks more inviting to me: with a little green, and a little protected from prying eyes. Therefore the overall impression is good.
