We were very enthusiastic about the place. Unique location directly on the Elbe. In the right part where we stood, a colorful mixture of tents, caravans and Womos. Unfortunately only limited sanitary facilities due to Corona (washing and showering only on the campsite behind the dike)

Honestly, ´beautiful´ is something else. Packed to the brim. The location could be nice, but the grade insufficient as a parking space. We don´t feel comfortable here and continue to drive.

The place is very nicely situated. However, there is nothing around it. You can get to Hamburg by public transport, with a change in Winsen / Luhe. Also by ship on weekends. @The sanitary facilities are economical, even for a parking space. The ways are long.

Whoever stands in the first row has a wonderful view of the Elbe. No showers, only toilet cars (will be dismantled in winter - flood area). You can use the san facilities further back or from the campsite behind the dike.
