Yes, the pitch itself is a tragedy. But, with a bit of luck you can get a place with a great view of the fjord and - always along the water - you can go into town or in the direction of Glückstadt. That makes up for it!

Actually, only one dust road, which is also a dead end, was provided with 2 garbage containers and made a parking space. Everyone can stand as they see fit. I don´t need to say what happens then. If you get there on time you can get great seats with a view of the promotion. In any case, it is only about 2 km along the water to the center. I liked it and the evening atmosphere is great at the Hafenspitze. So the parking space is also worth a visit.

The place is relatively quiet, especially at night. We stood right on the water with a view of the fjord. And all for free. I don´t need more parking space!

Free and easy, right on the water, which highlights the location of the parking space. But: right next to a wastewater treatment plant. There are also plenty of pedestrians and cyclists on the way late into the night. When we were there, we even fired firecrackers in our honor. Then everyone was really awake. Convenient location to go into town and enjoy the waterfront restaurants.
