Evaluation parking Metzlerstraße 24
At the end of Metzlerstrasse (dead end) there is a parking lot with a barrier and a vending machine (EC / VISA). It´s a very quiet place behind the museums. The parking fee is 1.5 euros / hour.
Very close to the center (10 minutes walk to the Zeil)
The narrow driveway refers to Metzlerstrasse, cars are parked on both sides.

was there on Sunday afternoon (with a Peugeot Boxer 5.5m, as a spectator of the Ironman on August 15, 2021) there was still enough space available when we arrived, when we left it was tight, the barrier was obviously professionally removed from the swivel ( not broken!) a talkative neighbor from the adjacent Bibelhaus Erlebnis Museum assured me that the barrier would have been on until the day before, which I cannot say for sure, as the flange for fastening the barrier looked a bit weathered. In fact, only possible to risk for smaller box vans up to 6m, and only to a limited extent because it is very narrow when other cars are parked there, there are no height restrictions due to densely parked cars on the right and turning left in Metzlerstrasse could be adventurous,So be careful for box-type Womo tenants when entering the cul-de-sac if the space is fuller than expected!

Definitely not for larger WOMOs over 6m, turning almost impossible !! Only EC cards, NO Visa, no cash! Now costs 1. 50 euros / hour.
