The site is new, spacious and clean, ideal as a base for visiting the city and surrounding area. You can´t expect a natural environment here. For a new site, there are a few spots that aren´t level, but otherwise the overall impression is good.

The square on the sub-areas P8 and P9 exudes the charm of a bus station. All concrete or concrete composite paving, no grass, no flowers. Who feels comfortable here? The rescue helicopter stationed at the airport opposite also flies at night, of course. It´s unthinkable if the FC is playing in the stadium next door. . . . . The only advantage is the good connection to the city center with tram line 4, which runs at short intervals until midnight.

Had a restless night there in October: aircraft noise from rescue helicopters (3-4 times), motorcyclists, car noise from tuned vehicles that were being tried out there.

Very pleasant stay. Very quiet at night. With line 4 short frequency (8 min during the day) very quickly in the city. Uni can be reached quickly with line 4. Reasonable price, very friendly owner. Events must be cleared, see website. Therefore overall rating only good.
