Check-in and check-out at the machine, license plate recognition at the barrier. Dogs allowed, one is free. Showers € 1 / 4min. Washer and dryer cost € 4.50 each.

Like in a laying battery and then 3 km to Grömitz! In the middle of nowhere! If the Gildestr. is not released again for overnight stays, Grömitz (regular guest for ages) will not see us again! Pity!

Busy place, but you can see how many places are available on the website. Switching to the day pitch for an overnight stay can be very expensive (up to €123 per person). {lf}Particularly noteworthy is the very good and friendly service if a problem occurs.

Well organized and super well maintained place. Negative point: you have to have the toilet cassette emptied in the CamperClean for 2 euros. But they don´t always work, and if they do, you drag 2 liters of liquid back to the motorhome and have to get there earlier.

I had arrived there the day after the opening. Nice place in a good location, but not really green yet. Checking in is still difficult, the software of the machine is still ailing. Unfortunately, there is only one machine that can be used both for checking in, reloading the chip card (with which everything has to be paid for) and for checking out. When checking in, the personal data of all passengers must be entered. The display is not protected against being read by someone waiting behind. The staff is very hard and approachable at any time. Due to the blockage of the sanitary area due to Corona, we had to use our on-board toilet. The disposal in the CamperClean machine had to be paid with € 2.50 despite the toilets not being available.I would have expected a bit more goodwill here. I couldn´t see the sanitary area. In this respect, there are still no photos of it. An absolute top place with every comfort. Especially in bad weather you stand high and dry. To dispose of the toilet, there is only the Camperclean with 1.90 euros per visit. And then to top it all off, it is filled with plenty of medical supplies, so that you can take back a cassette that is already 1/3 full. This is annoying and should better be resolved.

We were at this place from October 5th to 6th, 2020. The place was very well attended. The sanitary facilities are TOP. Dogs are only allowed on the beach from November 1st.

Departure by 12.00, otherwise an additional daily fee has to be paid. Tip: If you want to leave later, you can park in the old, still existing parking space on the dike for 2 - 4 hours. Despite the size, the new parking space may be fully booked on weekends during the holiday season. Occupancy can be viewed on the Internet. Distance to the Grömitz pier 2.5km, to the beach approx. 400m.

Leave the A1 motorway towards Fehmarn at exit 13 (Neustadt-Pelzerhaken) and follow the B501 to Grömitz. Turn right into Brookgang and then left into Mittelweg. Follow this to the district of Lensterstrand. Here turn right into Lensterweg. The parking space is located directly on the left.
