Electricity is available again, in principle enough for the registered number of motorhomes. When we arrived one row (5 Womos) was already completely occupied, in a 2nd row (not signposted for Womos) there were 4 more. We stood up to it. Either it is tolerated by the city due to the hardly occupied large parking lot, or we were lucky because of the Sunday.
