When approaching through an industrial area, one initially thinks that I am in the right place and that I am really close to the city centre? , but the place itself is very central. It´s also nice and quiet here (at least on a Sunday when we were here). @Unfortunately, the machine only takes coins, which can lead to some problems getting enough coins if you arrive late.

The upper places are almost straight, you don´t need wedges. The footbridge takes you directly to the nature reserve and the Weser cycle path. The beautiful old town can be reached quickly, excursion boats and restaurants are very close.
