In the vicinity of the Aller and the bathing lake (bathing permitted from June 1st to August 31st otherwise prohibited), the municipality has designated a parking space for six mobile homes on the Volksloh road. The pitch is paved with stone slabs and has electricity. There is also a lawn for sunbathing and a children´s playground. The place is in a leisure zone between an idyllic bathing lake that can be used free of charge with a miniature golf course and kiosk and a sports area protected from noise by a high earth wall. There are picnic sets, a boules pitch and outdoor fitness equipment on site. All in all very well maintained.

The pitch is good in terms of location and facilities. What is miserable, however, is that registration is only possible via the Internet. Most of the new arrivals didn´t manage to do that and then left again. Our valid email address was not accepted. I then went to the municipal administration to register. However, the computer had not accepted my registration, and in the evening someone from the public order office came and wanted to send us away. Thanks to my receipt we were able to stay. Although the pitch is now privately owned, the municipality has to carry out the controls! Since I lack any understanding. Technology is good when it works. That was not the case there.

I got a ´Canada´ shock on the pitch. It´s Ascension. Booking and payment only possible online with the AlpakaCamping app. Each St. place has a panel with a QR code. So open scan. Because of: no internet. In the late afternoon I am asked to leave the place because he booked it for 4 days. So convert, scan again. This time I´m going to the marketplace. There I find out that all seats are booked and paid for. That means pack up and go to the nearest place. Walsrode is not far. I think this topic should be discussed in the form. Above all, these places should be specially marked.
