Most expensive and worst campsite we´ve been to in ages. Muddy parking space on the edge of the chain link fence to the three-room pool - unfortunately closed due to Corona. Because the outdoor pool was closed, there was no euro back. Normally entry is included in the campsite fees. Justification with higher costs due to the pandemic (cleaning, disinfection). I can not judge. Lack of space. WiFi does not work at our place either, a shame at the price of € 39.60 per night for a VW bus with 2 people, electricity and visitor´s tax. There is nothing in Kirchzarten, not even a restaurant. Positive: the public transport can be used with the tourist card. Still, I don´t know where the many good reviews come from.

To the moderator, please change my comment: we were wrong about Kirchzarten. We wrongly assumed that there were only the shops listed in the campsite brochure, which is wrong. There are restaurants etc, Kirchzarten is a beautiful town. This also changes my assessment of the situation to good. Please correct, I can´t do it myself. Thank you! *************** Note test mod. .
