Very nice, slightly sloping place at the nature reserve to look over the valley. During the day model airplanes and kites on the move, a paraglider was also here. Otherwise hikers. We stayed overnight, no restrictions stated. No garbage or toilet, so take everything with you again. In the evening / at night there is a wonderful view over the valley to the mountains opposite.

In the evening another mobile home box came into the next large bulge, late in the evening another truck, which was only parked on the way and kept extra distance. @We stood here very nicely, enjoyed the view and the peace and quiet. We approached the parking lot through the nature reserve via small streets.

L209 between Lauscha and Gleine coming from Lauscha left after the curves on Am Flugplatz then follow the road which turns into a gravel path to the 1st or 2nd larger bulge on the left. Note the driveway for houses leads across the square - please leave it empty.
