The parking lot is also served by buses. Therefore also suitable for mobiles over 8m. The asphalt part of the course is sloping for the most part. It is therefore better to use the almost level gravel section. On departure, follow the prescribed direction for buses (one-way street with no oncoming traffic). Lookout tower ´Thüringer Warte´ is approx. 2 km away, open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., entry €1/person.

Strong increase in the access to the place with narrow streets. @Good starting point for hikes. Unfortunately, there is no indication on the lookout tower on the nearby Ratzenberg when it is open.

The location of Ludwigsstadt is incorrect, it is the location or Lauenstein Castle. Large parking lot for buses and cars, among other things. We were only standing here to visit the castle, but it should be possible to stay overnight without any problems. ********************* Note Pr fmod, ok, I´ll change it. . . Ludwigsstadt specifies OSM, but they often have oblique entries. . . .
