The location is great, a short walk to the old town. @Unbeautiful is the disposal for the toilets, since you have to empty them in the middle of the sewage point - it´s not necessarily that clean there. . .

On October 20, 2022, the entrance barrier was defective. 15€ were paid at registration by the campsite. Water supply, all power columns and the pay machine also defective! Toilet emptying only possible via the floor inlet for gray water, which looks accordingly.

Everything has already been said about the place, so a few words about the city of Limburg an der Lahn. @The historic old town is one of the most beautiful old towns in Germany that we have seen so far. When you stroll around, you almost feel like you´ve been transported back to the Middle Ages. The cathedral is also worth seeing.

Are here over Easter. Pitch and campsite packed. @The parking space costs about €17-18 per day. So it´s relatively expensive, especially when you consider how narrow you are. @The place is fully digitized, is ok for me in principle, but the technology always bitches again. @The principle is simple: you drive in front of the bollard at the entrance and ask for the chip card. With this you can now regulate everything. @Nice is the short walk to the city center.

You can only park. Not a single chair is allowed. @ Spend the night and visit the city. @No friendliness. Next time we will choose a different place.

At the moment you can stand there for two days. According to the operator, it should only be one more day after completion. Here again the suspicion arises that one wants to force people to the campsite next to it. Incidentally, one should have built a sensible supply and disposal rather than the expensive check-in nonsense. Everything with a card. Electricity, water, parking space. Even the rinse water has to be paid extra and then it has to be fetched from the fresh water connection, great hygiene. Fresh water is only available at different parking spaces. If these are occupied, you have to push your hose somehow past between the Womo´s. . Great modernity.

The first 4 hours cost 5 € including 2 kw electricity or 80 l water; thereafter € 0.50 per hour. The pay machine is barely legible in the sun and has sometimes not worked due to overheating. It was not confirmed to me that the campsite should be expanded into a parking space.
