Nice place with 28 seats (24 of them with electricity). The side under the trees is split or just grass (grassy areas were very soft in November and there were deep tracks). The new side is completely laid out with grass pavers and generously parceled out. There are no rubbish bins, but there is a glass container close by at the adjacent large car park. The street is busy, but quiet at night.
