Nice natural campsite near Mittenwald and the Karwendel. The place is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers, skiers, mountaineers and canoeists. There is also a climbing tower, a natural rope garden and a small restaurant on the site. Children from 10 years to 15 years pay EUR 1. 05 and from 16 years the full visitor´s tax price.

We were there at the end of August 2020, unfortunately everything was full. We could have been told that nicely. However, we were treated in a more unfriendly way than I have ever seen in several decades of camping. As beautiful as this place is, it will never see us again.
