Camping Bürgel
The campsite is only separated by a hiking trail from the Main.. Footbridge to the center of Fechenheim (closer than Offenbach!), From there good connection to Frankfurt.. Open all year except at high tide.. Emptying the chemistry cassette costs 2 euros.. No information on sanitary equipment, according to guest book entries probably problematic.. ,. ,

So close to the city and still very quiet. Very pleasant and ideal for visiting Frankfurt.

Nice place, meadow under old trees, new owners very friendly, close to the Main, Frankfurt quickly accessible by tram (about 500m walk across the footbridge to the stop). The only weak point is the old sanitary facilities. Should be renewed, then according to the owner, the corona crisis intervened. But they work and are kept clean. If they are renewed, this is a great place. On the square there is a restaurant with an outside terrace and very good grilled dishes.

When driving through Bürgel, it is essential to take care of it.. that the signage is driven.. All other access roads are not available for RVs or cars.. The access road is very narrow.
