Great place. Also in the winter. Showers are heated. You can take a three-minute shower for €1. It´s enough.

I would like to disagree with bkolding, we found the plots to be large enough, a small green strip next to it makes it easier to secure the awnings. @We also visited the restaurant, the service@was very helpful and the food absolutely delicious!

Das Parken auf Terrassen in 3 Etagen bietet allen Campern eine bessere Sicht. Allerdings ist der Ort für unseren Geschmack zu eng gepackt. Die Sicht ist eingeschränkt. Sie können den Kanal nur stehend sehen. Alle Einrichtungen, die Sie brauchen, sind da und sind in Ordnung. Das Restaurant auf dem Platz sieht gut aus, aber leider sehr schlecht. Sie gilt sowohl für Speisen, Getränke als auch für den nicht engagierten Service. Nur 10 Gehminuten zur interessanten Schwebefâhre, die Sie in 2 Minuten nach Rendsburg bringt (keine Wohnmobile erlaubt). Direkt unter der Brücke liegt ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Es ist auch möglich, den Kanal durch einen Fußgängertunnel zu passieren – 500 m von der Fähre entfernt. Die Wandertouren haben unseren Tag gerettet.

The place is without flaws. The groundskeeper nice and friendly. We were there between Christmas and New Years. Since the adjoining restaurant promised a small but good kitchen, we wanted to try it. The ambience was appealing and the staff friendly. The disappointment came very quickly, the selection was greatly reduced. But what we accepted. Then came the food. We haven´t had such bad food in a long time. I had a tasteless pork chop that had a few canned champions in it. The meat was overcooked to death, the sauce was probably flour, fat and water without any seasoning, a burnt roux. My wife´s food tasted a little better only because of the ready-made red cabbage. The chef was probably a rep who just filled the plate and put it in the microwave. He didn´t come to us. Also a lack.

Nice and well-kept place, great views from every place. With a barrier system when the traffic light is green, parking spaces are free and you can pull a ticket to drive in.

We were on the square from October 8th to 10th, 2020. Luckily we got there early and got a seat downstairs. From noon the place was full on both days.
