Finally a nature campsite that lives up to its name. Unparceled pitches on a really large meadow right next to the Altm hl and still close to the city. Cyclists and canoeists camp on the tent meadow by a blazing campfire. Pure romance. Of course with a castle view of Pappenheim. @And that no matter how cheap a campsite is and despite Corona the prices have remained the same and have not doubled, the operator should thank you. @And who does not know the Pappenheimer? ´Yes, that´s how I know my Pappenheimers. ´Is a saying from Schiller´s drama Wallenstein Death.

very quiet place, in the immediate vicinity of the old town and below the castle. Utilities in the old town. Sanitary facilities are getting on in years. Toilets without a toilet seat are not an acceptable standard. Price too high compared to other campsites!
