Parking lot mainly used by residents and local people to visit the city center. The city center begins directly after crossing the bridges over the European Canal and the Danube. We were visiting the Christmas markets in Regensburg and although the city was very full we were able to find a parking space here with a little patience (waiting 10 minutes). Attention, from the play street sign there are balls The night was only a little disturbed by two passers-by right next to our motorhome loudly talking to each other, otherwise it was very quiet.
Our motorhome in the photo is 7m long and fits easily into the parking bays. Longer motorhomes can also be parked a little later in the evening in the direction of the parking lot on the Europakanal.

You can park in parking bays directly on or under the bridge. But be careful, from the play street sign there are balls, we were informed of this by residents and we saw you also balls! @ It is not far to the center over the bridge. @Right parking space feeling does not arise because it is a ´normal´ parking lot. @We have a VW bus, so parking is of course no problem. With a larger motorhome it could be tight, especially since the parking spaces are well occupied.
