RV parking space directly below the Hohentwiel in a large car park, off the main road. The large square is next to the train tracks. Only a few trains run at night. Through a park you can walk to the city center in 5-10 minutes.
The supply and disposal system will be shut down in winter (November 15 - March 15) due to the risk of frost.
Tourist tax of 2 € per person only has to be paid if the Bodenseekarte is to be purchased

At night, some spaces are occupied by cars, during the day everything that is free is parked shamelessly. @The power columns often don´t take any money, so they don´t work properly. @The ground (gravel with earth) is not ideal when it rains.

The square is only a few meters away from the train stop. We used it to visit the waterfalls in Neuhausen. You have to change trains 3 times, but in about 30 minutes you are in Neuhausen. Although the trains pass by in the immediate vicinity you can hardly hear them, rather the car traffic at the parking space could be perceived as disturbing. In the row of the pitches there are some trees and bushes that provide good shade during our visit in June without disturbing the SAT reception. The parking space itself has more of a parking lot character with the necessary basic supplies for motorhome drivers.
