Very quiet place to stay. Bistro is only open on weekends in March. Baker comes to the place only from Easter in the morning. Almost everything is closed in the holiday resort in March, but a good Italian restaurant is open in the evenings. @Payment machine somewhat unfavorable. Important points on the touchscreen, light gray writing on a medium gray background. For others, this means: Not selectable. Procedure also somewhat time consuming. Pay first (incl. 5€ deposit). Then you have 10 minutes. time to exit. Then go back to the machine and give the chip card back. The deposit will then be credited back to the EC card. @

The place is actually very nice. The exit is very complicated, we had to wait about 1 hour because of the machine. The employees did not feel their responsibility.

Simple and well-kept parking space, unfortunately not all spaces have their own power connection.. Either you share one or you have to get along without it.. The sanitary facilities can be used via a chip card, unfortunately the tourist information where you can get them is only occupied from Monday to Friday.. Personally, I don´t think it´s up to date anymore, modern machines could solve the problem without additional personnel costs.. The pitches are all paved and, depending on the pitch, have a corresponding slope.. Ramps or jacks are sometimes useful here, but are not absolutely necessary.. The new ´Bistro am Meer´ has a very friendly owner, we got free rolls for trial baking.. They were very tasty 😉👠Breakfast, lunch and dinner should also be on offer.. Of course, a coffee with it.. The terrace is completely protected from the wind and also invites you to linger.. You can take a nice walk around ´The Great Sea´. There is a dog run on the right for the fur noses.. This is completely fenced, dog bags were also available.. Of course, dear children are not neglected either.. A beautiful playground, with a pirate ship completes the whole thing.. So you can enjoy a coffee in peace 😉That´s just fine! I deduct a star because of the insufficient power connections and the not always available chip card for the sanitary facilities.

You should have food with you, hardly any shopping possibilities in the vicinity !!!. You have to know that with the shower room, ´entering costs € 1.00, everything in the room itself is free and time-free!. There are several showers and sinks!. Perfect for water sports, the lake invites you to surf and the canals to navigate.. A big round trip about 34 km is z.. B. possible via Emden IMPORTANT 2nd or 3rd WEEKEND IN SEPTEMBER THE EMDEN WATERWAYS ARE BLOCKED FOR A SPORT EVENT !!!!!!!
