A very nice parking space in a local recreation area. In the immediate vicinity is the Herminghauspark with a large children´s and water playground and animal enclosure (petting zoo).
The parking space is the entrance to the park, which is perfect for taking a walk.
The indoor/outdoor swimming pool is only a 2-minute walk from the parking space.
The place is shady, so ideal for the summer when it´s already too hot.
A maximum of 3 nights are allowed here.

The place is particularly suitable if you want to go to a trade fair in Essen or Düsseldorf, because you can get to the Essen trade fair in about 20 minutes and the Düsseldorf trade fair in about 40 minutes.

We spent 2 quiet nights here in mid-September. That may be a little different when the bathroom is open. The Castle and Fittings Museum in town is also highly recommended. @The place has been expanded by 2 parking spaces.

Very quiet place. Also a jumping off point for local dog walkers. Not disturbing. Payment is made at the pool machine. 5 € incl. electricity per 24 hours. All services ok.
